Electrician partnership terms
1. Purpose. OIBT pro connects partner electricians (“the Partner”) with owners whose installation shows defects found during an OIBT inspection. The Partner receives the defect report, photos, client contact details and the grid operator's deadline. 2. Requirements. The Partner holds a general ESTI installation licence, carries professional liability insurance and works to NIBT. The Partner invoices the work directly to the client, under their sole responsibility. 3. Referral fee. Per accepted job, the Partner owes OIBT pro CHF 60 excl. VAT (house, flat, PV system, charging station) or CHF 150 excl. VAT (building, commercial, industrial, farm). A refused or unassigned job costs nothing. 4. Plus subscription (optional). CHF 120 excl. VAT per month: priority assignment in the Partner's area and visibility to clients. Cancellable at the end of any month. 5. Invoicing. Monthly statement, payable within 30 days. Beyond 30 days late, assignment of new jobs is suspended. 6. Quality. Clients and inspectors rate the Partner. An average below 3.5 out of 5 over at least 5 ratings, or a serious breach (safety, abusive invoicing), may lead to suspension. 7. Data. Client data may only be used for the job concerned, in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act. 8. Term. Open-ended partnership, terminable by either party at the end of a month with 30 days' notice. Swiss law, jurisdiction Lausanne.
