Mandate agreement

Between Piol Sàrl, operator of the platform oibtpro.ch (the Platform), and the independent inspection body holding an ESTI inspection licence (the Body). 1. Purpose: the Platform provides the Body with inspection assignments for electrical installations under the OIBT, scheduled within its availability and prepaid by the client. 2. Responsibility: the Body performs the inspection under its sole professional responsibility, issues the measurement protocol, the defect report and the safety certificate, and sends the latter to the grid operator. 3. Remuneration: the Platform collects the client price and transfers monthly to the Body its share according to the current price list, based on the Platform's settlement. 4. Availability: the Body keeps its availability up to date; a confirmed appointment is honoured, unless an impediment is announced at least 48 hours in advance. 5. Documents: the Body uploads the reports to the client's file on the Platform within five working days after the inspection. 6. Data: client data is used solely to perform the assignments, in accordance with the FADP. 7. Term: open-ended, terminable by either party with one month's notice; confirmed assignments remain due. 8. Swiss law, jurisdiction Lausanne.
